On March 22nd the Direzione Generale Spettacolo has published the list of beneficiaries of the contribution referred to in Ministerial Decree of November 2, 2021, Rep. No. 388.
Annex 1 contains the list of those who have already been declared beneficiaries of the contribution: the surname, name, application number, and the amount paid (or in the process of being paid) are indicated.
Annex 2 contains the list of those who are not registered with the Entertainment Workers’ Pension Fund.
Regarding this list, we inform you that the Directorate General for Entertainment is carrying out a further review together with INPS.
We believe, in fact, that the exclusion clauses for those registered with our cooperatives are illegitimate: Zenart is working to appeal this list and to include in the first annex numerous artists who currently appear excluded from the contribution.

Annex 3 contains the list of those with an income exceeding €50,000 in 2019. This list, verified by the Revenue Agency, will also be subject to further scrutiny.
Annex 4 contains the list of workers for whom further investigation is already underway.
